How to support Denver Area Farmers

Mile High Farmers is a group of farmers that support each other. By supporting Mile High Farmers, you support agriculture in the Denver Metro area as a whole! Here are some ways to do that:

Finding farmers in your area (more info coming soon!)

Support Denver area farmers individually by buying their products at farm stands, at farmers markets, purchasing online, and supporting restaurants that source their food locally.

  • Explore our farm partners -- Click here to view a list of our wonderful farm partners and support them while you shop. Click on the links to learn more about how to support each farm!

  • Visit farmers markets -- the Denver Metro is home to dozens of local farmers markets! Scroll down to learn more about the various markets.

  • Volunteer -- check out the volunteer opportunities at farms and farming organizations throughout the Metro area using the list below

  • Community supported agriculture -- many of our farm partners organize "Community Supported Agriculture" programs or "CSAs" where community members sign up for a weekly box of produce and pay a lump sum at the beginning of the season. CSAs are usually available for reservation in the Spring. Scroll down to check out our running list of farm partners that offer CSAs.

  • Restaurants -- we're working on compiling a list of Denver area restaurants that procure their food locally! If you have suggestions and input, let us know by emailing

  • Subscribe to our newsletter for monthly updates -- Our newsletter often highlights individual farms and places to shop to buy farmer goods
