LITTLETON Denver Botanic Gardens Chatfield Farms is a 700-acre nature preserve on the banks of Deer Creek in Jefferson County, and is a historical working farm. The Chatfield team cultivates diversified vegetables, lavender, cut flowers, herbs, corn and pumpkins. We have a CSA, Veterans Education Program and serve community outreach/donation partners.
