  • How do I join Mile High Farmers?
Producers and local ag enthusiasts are invited to join us as contributing partners on our "Become A Partner" page. Formalize your place in our community by joining us with a financial contribution fitting with your ability to give, and join one of our committees to further advance our work promoting urban agriculture and eater education. If you are a producer and would like to connect with other Denver farmers, please join our Denver Producers Google Group and listserv. Once we've added you as a member, we invite you join a committee to participate in chapter activities. If you'd like to support or collaborate with farmers, but are not a farmer yourself, please connect with the Strategic Partnership committee chair, Chris Saenz (bombusbotanics@gmail.com) to support our work with your energy and ideas.
  • When and Where do you meet?
Prior to COVID 19, we met at various locations alternating between different parts of the Denver area in order to distribute the pain of traffic. Farm tours meet at each respective farm location. During the fall/winter of 2020, we'll be meeting via Zoom once monthly on Thursdays. Join our e-news list to get updates about our next General Meeting. Email us at milehighfarmers@gmail.com to request to be added to our subscriber list. In 2021, we'll generally meet the last Tuesday of the month from 6:00-8:30 PM depending on the event. Watch for updates on when we return to in person meetings.
  • How do I get notified about events?
Ask to have your name put on the MHF listserv by emailing our secretary at milehighfarmers@gmail.com. You can also follow us on Facebook to watch for event announcements and updates.
  • Does RMFU support urban farmers as well as rural farmers?
Yes, the Rocky Mountain Farmer's Union is actively engaged with urban chapters and urban agricultural issues up and down the front range. Learn more about RMFU on their website.
